What We Do

Project Consulting
A Valor Pergola team member will meet in -person with the Project Manager or Homeowner and cover vision, project expectations, timeline and desired results.

Site Evaluation
A Valor Pergola team member will assess the site for project-readiness. This may include assessment of access, grade, soil, sun/shade conditions, rain discharge and more.

Project Design
The Valor Pergola team will typically design all aspects on paper so as to fully grasp scope, scale and raw materials needs/labor needs of entire project.

Engineering Consulting
Upon drafting project, it is standard for a Valor Pergola team member to meet again with the PM or Homeowner to go over timeline and relative details.

Cost Modeling
At this point, project cost (quote /proposal) is shared by owner to decision makers and any adjustments can be made representing phases of project.

Construction
Construction begins after the five aforementioned steps. Material choices (e.g., wood, color, size, fixtures, cover...) will have been approved by the client.
